Sepakat Properti is a property agency app built to help people browse listings, connect with agents, and review property information in a more practical mobile flow.
I worked on this app during my time at PT Andalan Solusi Cemerlang, where the project became part of a longer product delivery cycle rather than a short standalone build.
My role in this project leaned more heavily toward project architecture and optimization work. I was involved in shaping the codebase structure, helping direct backend and operations dashboard needs, supporting implementation work, and improving overall performance as the product continued to grow.
This was not only a screen-building job. A large part of the value came from making the codebase easier to sustain, helping feature work stay organized, and keeping the app responsive enough for a production setting.
My role in the project
My contribution included:
- project architecture design for a maintainable codebase
- performance optimization across screens, state flow, and general responsiveness
- backend direction, API integration alignment, and backend optimization support
- operations dashboard flow coordination alongside product implementation needs
- mobile implementation and feature delivery
- release support and iteration work across a longer delivery cycle
The timeline shown in the project reference runs from May 2021 to April 2024, which made the work less about a quick prototype and more about sustained product delivery.
Product scope

- browsing multiple property categories such as subsidized housing, commercial housing, land, shop houses, boarding houses, and apartments
- choosing agents directly through the platform
- planning survey activity more clearly
- exploring active site plans
- reviewing 360-degree property imagery for better decision support
- accessing richer listing information in one place
